Questions

Which platforms does it support?

Flutter apps, on Android and iOS: Dart errors, and native crashes on both. Athar also pulls issues from Sentry and Crashlytics, and events from CleverTap, under Integrations.

Does it collect my users’ personal data?

No. The SDK scrubs emails, phone numbers, long numbers, IP addresses, tokens, keys, UUIDs, query strings and home directories on the device, before anything is sent. It never collects names, device ids, advertising ids, location or anything on screen. The Flutter SDK guide lists everything.

Can the user turn it off?

Yes. ErrorReporting.setEnabled(false) stops capture and deletes what is queued, and holds across launches. With requireConsent: true nothing is captured until the user agrees.

Will it slow down or crash my app?

It never throws into your app: if the SDK itself fails, it turns itself off for the session. It has no screens of its own, and the handlers you had before still run.

Can I trust the analysis?

Each analysis says how sure it is, and says so when it can’t tell. Read it as a colleague’s first look, not a verdict.

What happens past my plan’s cap?

Errors past it are dropped and counted: Usage shows how many, so nothing is lost silently. Raise the cap in Billing. See pricing.
