Getting started
Athar tracks the errors in your Flutter apps, groups them into issues, and gives each new or returning issue a root cause and a fix plan.
1. Get an account
Sign up from the pricing page: pick a plan, create your account and your organisation in one step, and confirm the plan. You land in the app, signed in.
2. Add your app
In the app, open Apps and choose Add an app. Name it as your team knows it. Each app has its own ingest keys, releases and environments.
3. Give its SDK a key
Open the app and create an ingest key. The key’s address (the DSN) is shown once: copy it then. Only the key’s start is kept, so it can’t be shown again. If it’s lost, create another and revoke the old one.
4. Add the SDK
Add athar_errors to your Flutter app and pass it the DSN. The Flutter SDK guide
has the code and every option.
void main() => ErrorReporting.runGuarded(() async {
await ErrorReporting.init(const ErrorOptions(
dsn: 'https://ik_…@<your ingest host>/<app id>',
release: '4.2.0+420',
environment: 'production',
inAppPackages: ['my_app'],
));
runApp(const MyApp());
});
Run the app and make it fail. The error shows in Issues; a crash is sent on the app’s next launch.

- Every feature.
- Set your tracker’s keys in Settings → Issue tracker, then send issues to it from the issue, or by themselves with an Export rule.
